MedPCFM: Improving Medical Point Cloud Completion by Integrating Point Transformers and Flow Matching

Medical point cloud completion is important for anatomical reconstruction and downstream clinical workflows, yet generative modeling in this setting remains insufficiently studied. We investigate completion through continuous-time generative modeling and introduce PCFM, a PTv3-backed flow matching approach for medical point cloud completion.

Transformer-Guided Graph Attention for Direct Cardiac Mesh Reconstruction: A Structural Digital Twin Framework

arXiv:2606. 13188v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Building patient-specific cardiac models sits at the heart of precision cardiology, yet getting those models into clinical use keeps running into the same wall: mesh generation is slow, messy, and frustrating.

Efficient Flow Matching for Sparse-View CT Reconstruction

arXiv:2603. 00205v2 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Generative models, particularly Diffusion Models (DM), have shown strong potential for Computed Tomography (CT) reconstruction serving as expressive priors for solving ill-posed inverse problems.

CONFLUX: A Latent Diffusion Model for 3D Chest-CT Synthesis with RL Post-Training

arXiv:2607. 02998v2 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Controllable generative models of 3D medical images can synthesize volumes with specified clinical attributes, but this demands samples that are simultaneously high-fidelity, natively 3D, and faithful to the requested conditioning.

Render-FM: Feedforward Model for Real-time Photorealistic Volumetric Rendering

arXiv:2505. 17338v3 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Photorealistic volumetric rendering of CT scans greatly benefits clinical workflows, yet neural approaches such as Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF) and 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) require prohibitive per-scan optimization (hours for NeRF, about 30 minutes for 3DGS), making them impractical in clinical settings.
