Refunds and cancellation
The Flow does not charge for anything yet. This page describes the terms that will apply when paid subscriptions open, so they are on the record before the first payment rather than after it.
Cancelling
A subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
The EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from the start of a subscription to withdraw from it, without giving a reason. Because a subscription gives you access immediately, checkout asks you to confirm that you want it to start at once and that you understand this waives the withdrawal right once the service has been fully performed. Until that point, withdrawal within 14 days is refunded in full.
Refunds outside the withdrawal period
- Service failure. If a paid feature is unavailable for a sustained period, ask for a refund of the affected period and you will get it.
- Accidental renewal. If a renewal was charged in error and the service has not been used since, ask within 14 days and it will be refunded.
- Change of mind mid-period. Cancelling stops future charges; the current period is not usually refunded.
Who takes the payment
Payments are handled by a merchant of record, which is the seller for the transaction and is responsible for VAT and the pre-contractual disclosures shown at checkout. Their terms apply to the payment itself and are linked from the checkout page; these terms cover the service. The merchant of record is named here once the payment provider is live.
How to ask
Write to us through the contact page with the email address on the subscription. Refund requests are answered within 5 working days and paid back to the original payment method.
