Short-drama generation has grown into a large, industrialized pipeline, and as it scales from isolated shots to the episode level, visual continuity has become a critical bottleneck. Current agent fra...
MemoryCard is a video-memory-based augmentation framework designed to improve long-video question answering for Vision‑Language Models. It segments lengthy videos into semantically coherent units—each representing a distinct topic or event—by performing a self‑reading process over the video and aligned utterances. For each unit, the framework generates an event‑level video gist and selects representative visual moments, which are compiled into unified Memory Cards that are used for retrieval and answering questions, yielding up to a 21.8% relative accuracy improvement under comparable visual‑token budgets.

WanPE is a 397‑B parameter prompt‑enhancement model that learns director‑level cinematic planning from 1.05 M real‑world videos. It generates shot‑level cinematic plans through video‑grounded reverse construction and uses Semantic‑Consistency GRPO (SC‑GRPO) to maintain user intent across shots and time. In evaluations, WanPE improves human preference over raw prompts by up to 50.86 points for 30‑second videos and outperforms commercial offerings for shorter durations.

MosaiChunk introduces a spatio-temporal memory mechanism that composes a mosaic of selected historical key-value entries across space and time to improve long-horizon autoregressive video generation. By keeping the video generator frozen and learning a lightweight router to select historical sections within a fixed memory budget, the method enables the generator to recover fine-grained visual details when objects or scenes reappear. Experiments on the RememBench benchmark demonstrate that MosaiChunk consistently outperforms sliding-window inference and whole-chunk retrieval in both text-to-video and image-to-video settings.
