RoboAware: Learning to Coordinate Embodied Skills from Counterfactual Outcomes

RoboAware learns to coordinate modular robot skills by training a state‑conditioned responsibility coordinator using counterfactual outcomes. It introduces State‑Locked Counterfactual Branching (SCB) to generate outcomes for all admissible skill families from the same state, and Execution‑Aware Learning (EAL) to distill these outcomes into family‑conditioned values via Monte Carlo tree search and Q‑learning. In single‑episode evaluations across 100 tasks, RoboAware achieves a 77.0% overall success rate, outperforming existing baselines on RoboSuite, LIBERO‑Pro, and RoboTwin bimanual tasks.

EmbodiedSkills: World Action Model-augmented Cascaded Skills for Vision-Language-Action Agent

EmbodiedSkills is a skill-based agent framework that enhances frozen vision‑language‑action (VLA) policies with world action models for consequence‑aware action selection. It defines reusable skills for observation, context encoding, candidate generation, consequence prediction, outcome evaluation, candidate comparison, and action execution, organized into five stages that support both continuous action chunks and pick‑and‑place primitives. The framework improves success rates on MetaWorld MT50, CLIPort, and CALVIN benchmarks by incorporating outcome predictions and lightweight comparators while keeping the core policy and observation encoders frozen.

EmbodiedSkills: A Unified Framework for Orchestrating, Training, and Deploying VLA Agents

EmbodiedSkills is a unified framework that treats each skill decision as an execution proposal, checking prerequisites and verifying outcomes during long‑horizon vision‑language‑action tasks. It connects high‑level skill selection, bounded low‑level VLA execution, and post‑action verification through a fixed executable‑skill interface, enabling easy replacement of low‑level policies and recording of structured trajectories for supervision and adaptation. Instantiated with Qwen3‑VL and OpenPI/pi0.5 on RoboTwin 2.0 and LIBERO, the framework achieves high success rates (86.20% and 97.40% respectively) and demonstrates effective memory‑dependent task performance.

SUN: Agentic Robot Policy Learning with Persistent Task Programs

The paper introduces SUN (Semantically UNified) Programs, typed executables that translate grounded relations into optimal control objectives, satisfaction predicates, and learning rewards. Using the Kuafu harness, a foundation model orchestrates scene preparation, verification, residual reinforcement learning, and data generation, repairing candidate programs and calibrating reward weights. Across nine multi‑stage manipulation tasks, Kuafu achieves an 82.03% success rate, outperforms learned baselines, generates demonstrations 10.57× faster than human teleoperation, and transfers zero‑shot to physical Franka and Kinova robots.

Physical Agentic AI: An Architecture for Orchestrating a Robot Crew with LLMs

Physical Agentic AI proposes an architecture that links semantic planning with physical execution for robot crews. Each robot exposes a typed skill library, while a foundation model planner decomposes tasks into phases and assigns robot‑skill pairs. A Robot Orchestrator validates and authorizes one skill at a time, ensuring actions are grounded in robot capabilities, system state, and workflow constraints before actuation.

RoboCoach: World Models as Active Coaches for Compositional Robot Skills

RoboCoach introduces a world-model-guided coaching framework that uses imagined failures to direct demonstration requests and expert updates for robot manipulation tasks. The system, called RIDI, runs reusable skill experts within a shared action-conditioned world model and records the first failing subtask to decide which demonstrations to acquire and which adapters to refine. Experiments on simulation suites and real robots show that with only 150 additional subtask demonstrations, success rates increase dramatically, and the coached experts transfer effectively to unseen task compositions.

Playful Agentic Robot Learning

arXiv:2606. 19419v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Current agentic robot systems can write executable Code-as-Policy programs, observe feedback, and revise behavior across multiple attempts, but they remain largely task-driven: reusable skills are acquired only after explicit instructions.

Teach and Grow: An Agent-Centered Architecture for General Robot Learning

Teach-and-Grow Learning (TGL) is an agent-centered architecture that transforms a few successful demonstrations into reusable Skill Blocks, enabling a robot to compose, execute, and revise behaviors in new scenes without task-specific policy retraining. The system maintains a Skill Library and structured Experience Memory to capture successes, failures, and repairs, allowing persistent reuse and agent-directed adaptation. Evaluation on the LIBERO benchmark shows state-of-the-art performance, and the authors propose a scaling-law hypothesis suggesting that accumulated reusable experience reduces future-task error and teaching demand following a power-law trend.

RoboSPA: Can VLA Models Go Beyond Simple Scenes and Short-Horizon Tasks?

RoboSPA is a large-scale robotic manipulation dataset and benchmark designed to evaluate Vision‑Language‑Action models on fine‑grained spatial reasoning and long‑horizon procedural planning. It contains 10 task categories, 56 base tasks, and 280 variants across five difficulty levels, with 527K trajectories collected from multiple embodiments and scenes. The benchmark introduces diagnostic metrics beyond binary success, revealing that current VLA models struggle with complex spatial relations, precise execution, and memory‑intensive planning.
