BlazeVGGT is a training‑free, plug‑and‑play module that speeds up the VGGT visual geometry model by sparsifying cross‑view attention. It selects a compact set of complementary views using a greedy determinantal point process, preserving dense per‑frame predictions while eliminating redundant computations. On 2,000‑frame sequences, BlazeVGGT achieves roughly 13× faster inference and improves Chamfer Distance from 0.41 to 0.32, demonstrating a strong accuracy–efficiency trade‑off for point‑cloud reconstruction and camera‑pose estimation.

DK‑VLM introduces Dual‑Kernel Attention, where a visual token’s attention is computed from both its input position and its geometric position derived from 3D points and camera poses. A semantic kernel preserves pretrained attention while a geometric kernel modulates attention via point displacements and relative view transformations, with a learned gate fusing the two. The model also employs Reference‑Frame Composition supervision to update its reference frame across successive judgments, achieving top scores on six spatial benchmarks and strong performance on VSI‑Bench and ReVSI‑32.
Dyna3 is a training‑free framework that extends the depth foundation model DA3 to perform 4D dynamic scene reconstruction without fine‑tuning. By leveraging DA3’s cross‑view features and a best‑match search, it distinguishes static surfaces from moving objects, and uses vision‑language models to generate semantic prompts for SAM 3 to achieve precise instance‑level segmentation. Experiments on four datasets show Dyna3 outperforms correspondence‑trained methods, improving dynamic object segmentation by +5.5 pp, speeding pose estimation 13×, and reducing memory usage 4–8×.
