arXiv:2606. 16331v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: The integration of generative artificial intelligence with wireless communication and signal processing systems has opened new avenues for intelligent, data-driven decision-making in future 6G networks.
arXiv:2606. 04328v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Future wireless networks demand rapid adaptation to highly heterogeneous environments and dynamic task configurations, necessitating a shift from conventional rule-based and optimization-driven radio resource management (RRM) toward artificial intelligence (AI)-driven RRM.
arXiv:2307. 01472v2 Announce Type: replace Abstract: We present a novel Diffusion Offline Multi-agent Model (DOM2) for offline Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL).
BIPPO (Budget-aware Independent Proximal Policy Optimization) is a multi‑agent reinforcement learning framework designed for energy‑efficient client selection in federated learning (FL) over IoT systems. It addresses infrastructure constraints such as limited resources and device churn, which traditional FL and RL approaches overlook. Evaluated on two image‑classification tasks with non‑IID data, BIPPO improves mean accuracy over non‑RL methods, standard PPO, and IPPO while consuming only a negligible portion of the budget, even as client numbers grow.
arXiv:2609.00284v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Emerging 6G wireless networks are expected to operate across diverse deployment scenarios, where variations in network topology, user mobility, traff...
arXiv:2607. 11720v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Background: Offline reinforcement learning (RL) enables effective policies to be trained from large, previously collected datasets and subsequently improved through limited online interaction.
