From Human Intent to In-Orbit Action: A Self-Learning Large Language Model Agent for 6G Satellite Networks

The paper introduces ALMOND, a cognitive framework that bridges the gap between human intent and low‑level control logic for 6G low Earth orbit satellite networks. It employs a bidirectional semantic engine to convert natural‑language requests into multi‑objective reward functions and extracts operational constraints from failed reinforcement‑learning trajectories, while a large‑language‑model‑guided graph neuroevolution designs efficient policy architectures. In a 350‑satellite digital twin, ALMOND improves polar handover success from 55% to over 95%, speeds convergence threefold, and cuts reward‑engineering time from 48 to 4.5 hours, all within a compute‑frugal on‑board policy of under 50,000 parameters.

RS-Claw-Evolution: Environment-Feedback-Driven Evolution for Lightweight Remote Sensing Agents in Long-Horizon Tasks

RS-Claw-Evolution is an environment-feedback-driven framework designed to enhance lightweight remote sensing agents for long-horizon tasks. It improves agents through three stages—interaction evolution, experience evolution, and decision evolution—using executable code, failure-aware trajectory generation, and reinforcement learning with multi-dimensional rewards. On Earth-Bench, a Qwen3-4B agent trained with this framework reaches 65.9% accuracy, surpassing larger baselines and approaching GPT-5 performance.

RAMA: Retrieval-Augmented Multi-Agent Routing with Episodic Memory for LEO Satellite Networks

RAMA is a retrieval‑augmented multi‑agent deep reinforcement learning framework for routing in Low‑Earth Orbit satellite networks. It combines each satellite’s local observation, recent routing history, neighboring state information, and retrieved entries from a per‑satellite episodic memory, integrating them via a Transformer‑based decision network trained with Approximate Information State objectives. In a 140‑satellite Kepler constellation, RAMA cuts mean end‑to‑end latency by 13.4% and 99th‑percentile latency by 66.7% compared to a state‑of‑the‑art DDQN, and on a 1,584‑satellite Starlink shell 1 it achieves a 93.2% mean latency reduction, with further gains from online updates.

Physical Agentic AI: An Architecture for Orchestrating a Robot Crew with LLMs

Physical Agentic AI proposes an architecture that links semantic planning with physical execution for robot crews. Each robot exposes a typed skill library, while a foundation model planner decomposes tasks into phases and assigns robot‑skill pairs. A Robot Orchestrator validates and authorizes one skill at a time, ensuring actions are grounded in robot capabilities, system state, and workflow constraints before actuation.

FractalNet-Based Heterogeneous Federated Learning for Orbital Edge Intelligence in Satellite Mega-Constellations: A Wildfire Case Study

The paper introduces a heterogeneous federated learning approach using the FractalNet architecture tailored for satellite mega‑constellations. It formalizes contact‑window‑constrained, depth‑heterogeneous optimization and proposes a distributed path scheduler that assigns model depth based on satellite SWAP‑C constraints, predicted contacts, and training statistics. The framework includes periodic update pooling and a three‑tier agentic control plane, and is validated through a wildfire detection case study across LEO, MEO, and GEO/HEO shells, demonstrating improvements in convergence, communication efficiency, energy adaptation, and robustness.
