Phase-Consistent Magnetic Spectral Learning for Multi-View Clustering

Phase-Consistent Magnetic Spectral Learning for Multi-View Clustering proposes a new unsupervised method that uses a complex-valued magnetic affinity to capture both magnitude and phase information across multiple data views. By deriving a confidence-directed cross-view flow from anchor assignments and combining it with a nonnegative magnitude backbone, the approach constructs a Hermitian magnetic Laplacian that yields a stable shared spectral signal for representation learning and clustering. Experiments on ten public benchmarks show the method outperforms or matches leading MVC baselines on most dataset-metric combinations.

FairNVT: Fair Classification via Noise Injection in Vision Transformers

FairNVT is a lightweight debiasing framework that injects calibrated Gaussian noise into sensitive embeddings learned by adapters for pretrained transformer-based encoders. By reducing sensitive-attribute leakage through orthogonality constraints and fairness regularization, it improves fairness metrics such as demographic parity difference and equalized odds while maintaining competitive task performance across vision and language datasets.

Pretraining Reusable Inference Across Views with Synthetic Task Priors

The paper introduces SIMPLE, a prior‑fitted multi‑view in‑context learner that learns a reusable, task‑conditioned inference procedure instead of a fixed fusion function. By generating synthetic task priors in embedding space, SIMPLE can handle diverse view configurations, class structures, and missingness patterns. Experiments on multi‑view and multi‑omics benchmarks show that a frozen SIMPLE model performs competitively, and lightweight adapter calibration further improves performance across most datasets.
