Recursive Code World Models: Building Complex Worlds through Recursive Scene Programs

Recursive Code World Models (RCWM) present a framework that reconstructs complex 3D worlds from a single reference image by combining a Recursive Scene Program (RSP) representation with a construction solver that recursively calls itself. The RSP encodes the world as compositional scene code, while each solver invocation follows a global‑local‑global recursion: it first establishes the whole scene, then recursively reconstructs unresolved parts, and finally revisits the whole to refine composition. This approach preserves scene‑wide geometry and relationships, propagates a shared camera projection across levels, and uses a vision‑language coding agent to compare reference images with scene renders, enabling fine‑scale structure refinement and improved reconstruction over prior methods.

WorldSculpt: Generating Compositional Worlds from Grounded Videos

WorldSculpt presents a method for generating compositional 3D representations of cluttered scenes with hundreds of objects by adapting a single-object 3D generative prior to multi-view observations. The approach, built on Pixal3D with a multi-view conditioning pathway, can generalize to highly occluded scenes without scene-level training. The authors also introduce the UE-MeshyScene benchmark and demonstrate that their method outperforms prior approaches across various evaluation settings, including converting existing 3DGS worlds into compositional mesh scenes.

WorldWeave: Growing Persistent Geometric Worlds for Video Generation

WorldWeave is a framework that separates world-state maintenance from visual rendering to enable persistent geometric memory in video generation. It uses diffusion-based image outpainting to create continuous elevation maps, an agent that plans and stitches scenes hierarchically, and a read-only interface that queries world geometry for depth-guided video synthesis. This design allows the world to expand continually without predefined boundaries while preserving consistent structure across camera trajectories and revisits.

Fysiverse-3D-Vision Technical Report: Generating Executable 3D Worlds from Images through Unified Spatial Reasoning

Fysiverse-3D-Vision is a unified vision‑language‑geometry framework that reconstructs executable 3D scenes from a single image. It separates spatial layout reasoning from asset synthesis, using a shared representation where spatial reasoning and geometric reconstruction reinforce each other. The model employs a Transformer that integrates textual supervision, semantic visual cues, and geometric representations, and includes an object‑conditioned layout module to predict object translation, rotation, and scale while maintaining physical consistency through collision‑aware optimization.

HARMONY: Hierarchical Agentic Reasoning for MONocular Image-to-Scene Synthesis

HARMONY is a hierarchical chain-of-thought framework that reconstructs complete 3D indoor scenes from a single monocular image. It combines agentic reasoning with visual geometry foundation models, starting with camera calibration and semantic layout recovery, then placing objects hierarchically while refining geometry with point cloud estimations. The method achieves semantically consistent scenes that align perceptually with the input image, outperforming existing baselines on synthetic and real-world data.
