ReLEAP: Upcycling Vision Datasets through Cross-Task Unification and Semi-Supervised Annotation

ReLEAP is a Python framework that unifies heterogeneous image datasets by abstracting data sources, reusing annotations across tasks, and mapping labels to a shared taxonomy. The authors demonstrate its use in precision agriculture, integrating fifteen datasets of plant species and annotation types, and show that unified data and annotation upcycling improve training data availability and transparency. They also conduct cross-dataset experiments to explore how domain-specific and foundation models can generate higher-level annotations in unsupervised, weakly supervised, and semi-supervised settings.

Training-free Cross-domain Few-shot Segmentation via Robust Semantic Representation and Matching

Cross-domain Few-shot Segmentation (CD-FSS) aims to transfer knowledge learned from source domain to distinct target domains, segmenting unseen target classes with only a few annotated samples. Although existing methods have made significant progress, they still rely on training or fine-tuning processes, which incur high computational costs and risk overfitting.

UnSAMv2: Self-Supervised Learning Enables Segment Anything at Any Granularity

UnSAMv2 is a self‑supervised extension of the Segment Anything Model that can segment objects at any granularity without human annotations. It discovers mask‑granularity pairs and introduces a granularity control embedding for continuous scale adjustment, requiring only 6K unlabeled images and 0.02% extra parameters. The model outperforms SAM/SAM‑2 across 11+ benchmarks, improving metrics such as 1‑IoU from 58.0 to 73.1 and achieving state‑of‑the‑art performance on language‑guided segmentation.

Class Machine Unlearning for Complex Data via Concepts Inference and Data Poisoning

The paper introduces a concept-guided poisoning unlearning framework that explicitly identifies semantic concepts most strongly linked to a target class or knowledge. For image classification, it uses a Post-hoc Concept Bottleneck Model to locate relevant image regions and creates poisoned samples; for large language models, it aggregates Integrated Gradients over multiple question responses to mask important content and generate poisoned training targets. Experiments across several datasets demonstrate effective unlearning while largely preserving model utility.
