NeuroDETR: Multiscale Discrete Spatiotemporal Tokenization for Asynchronous EEG Event Detection

NeuroDETR is a novel multiscale discrete spatiotemporal tokenization framework designed for asynchronous EEG event detection. It combines structured tokenization, event-aware feature refinement, and a sparse attention module called FOCAL to capture both brief and sustained neural responses while preserving spatial hierarchy across EEG channels. Experiments on eight diverse EEG datasets show that NeuroDETR achieves state‑of‑the‑art performance in jointly classifying events and estimating their onsets and offsets.

LEAD: An EEG Foundation Model for Alzheimer's Disease Detection

LEAD is a gated temporal‑spatial Transformer foundation model designed for EEG‑based Alzheimer's disease detection. It was trained on the world’s largest EEG‑AD corpus of 2,238 subjects and uses a subject‑regularized strategy and medical contrastive learning across 13 datasets. LEAD outperforms existing methods on five downstream AD datasets, achieving the best average ranking across 20 evaluations.

S-CEReBrO: Breaking the Memory Barrier in Continuous EEG Monitoring

Foundation models offer a promising paradigm for Electroencephalography (EEG) analysis, leveraging generalizable representations from vast unlabeled datasets. Yet, Transformer-based architectures face a critical bottleneck: global attention mechanisms couple the attention memory state to the signal duration, causing memory overflow during continuous monitoring.
