GeoAAC introduces a geometry-based adaptive action chunking technique for Vision‑Language‑Action policies, dynamically adjusting the action horizon based on the reliability of current action predictions. By leveraging the geometric variation in Flow Matching denoising trajectories, GeoAAC constructs a horizon‑wise geometric profile that determines the action horizon during a single generation without extra training. Experiments on LIBERO, LIBERO‑Pro, RoboCasa365, and real‑world manipulation tasks demonstrate consistent gains over fixed‑horizon baselines, achieving up to 8.7 percentage points improvement in simulation and raising real‑world success rates from 53.3% to 74.4%.

InternW0-Δ is a unified World Action Model that integrates pretrained visual dynamics, scene semantics, 4D geometry, and motion priors within a Mixture-of-Transformers framework to generate robot actions. It leverages a frozen VLM for semantic guidance, a 4D foundation model for geometric priors, and introduces Causal Imprint to learn future-relevant scene changes without future-video rollout. The model is pretrained on a newly curated 20K‑hour heterogeneous corpus of robot and human demonstrations, achieving superior performance on simulation benchmarks and real‑robot platforms.

WorldFlow is a generative world model that jointly predicts future video frames and query-based 3D trajectories using a unified Mixture-of-Transformers backbone. It represents 3D motion as continuous displacement tokens aligned with the video grid and optimizes a rectified-flow objective to couple explicit geometric dynamics with visual evolution. Trained on 1.44 million heterogeneous samples and evaluated on WorldFlowBench, it achieves the lowest average and final displacement errors among learning-based methods, notably outperforming baselines on spatial reasoning tasks.

ForeAct3D is a framework that grounds future world modeling in Vision‑Language‑Action policies by decoding depth, semantic segmentation, and camera pose from policy representations into current and future 3D scene states. The future queries are conditioned on the policy‑generated action chunk, and a physical‑consistency closure enforces background staticity, instance‑level rigidity, and wrist‑camera pose alignment with end‑effector kinematics. This approach eliminates the need for future prediction at inference and achieves high success rates on LIBERO and CALVIN, outperforming the base policy across all suites.

SimVTA is a post‑training framework that enhances driving world action models by aligning simulated future videos with candidate trajectories. It samples trajectories, renders high‑reward futures in a real‑world simulator using 3D Gaussian Splatting, and prioritizes video supervision for high‑error futures. The approach improves planning performance, raising PDMS from 86.2 to 91.3 on NAVSIM v1 and achieving strong results on NAVSIM v2 and HUGSIM.
