DGSG-Mind introduces a hybrid instance-aware 3D Gaussian dynamic scene graph system that integrates open‑vocabulary semantic information into dynamic 3D scene representations. By coupling a probabilistic voxel grid with explicit 3D Gaussians, it achieves robust cross‑modal instance fusion, incremental semantic mapping, and dynamic change handling through Gaussian‑based relocalization and masked refinement. The system builds a hierarchical scene graph and a 3D Gaussian Mind for multimodal reasoning, achieving state‑of‑the‑art zero‑shot 3D visual grounding and strong performance in open‑vocabulary semantic segmentation and scene reconstruction, and is demonstrated on real‑world robots.

The paper introduces Spatially Aware World Action Model (SA‑WAM), a diffusion‑based framework that extends existing World Action Models by incorporating depth information alongside RGB to enable 3‑D‑aware action and future‑state prediction. SA‑WAM repurposes a pretrained video diffusion model, using a nonlinear encoding to map unbounded depth into the tokenizer’s bounded domain, thus preserving pretrained visual priors without 3‑D‑specific fine‑tuning. The model achieves state‑of‑the‑art performance on RoboCasa and LIBERO‑Plus benchmarks and demonstrates superior real‑world performance on a UR5 robotic arm in randomized environments, while also providing analysis linking world‑model prediction quality to rollout success.

Mem-World introduces a memory‑augmented action‑conditioned world model for robot manipulation, featuring W‑VMem—a 4D wrist‑view‑centered surfel‑indexed memory that anchors historical observations to evolving surface elements. By explicitly modeling when and where scene elements are observed, the system retrieves geometry‑aware history frames during generation, providing informative, non‑redundant context for future action predictions. Experiments demonstrate that Mem‑World produces persistent rollouts, improves policy evaluation reliability (14.5 % higher Pearson correlation with real‑world performance), and boosts long‑horizon task success rates from 58 % to 72 % using synthetic data generation.

The paper presents a framework that builds a static point cloud prior map from past camera traversals, augmenting each point with DINOv3 semantic features. During runtime, a local prior patch is retrieved, encoded with a sparse voxel backbone, and fused with lifted multi‑view camera features in bird’s‑eye view. This fused representation is then used by sparse transformer heads to predict 3D objects and vectorized map elements, achieving improved performance on Argoverse 2 without requiring LiDAR for prior‑map construction or online inference.

The paper introduces SceneLM, a vision‑language model that maintains an open‑vocabulary 3D scene map using only a structured text list of objects as persistent memory. The model updates this textual map by adding, editing, and removing objects for each input image, learning the process through supervision tasks and an automatic annotation pipeline. Evaluations on language‑grounded retrieval and localization benchmarks show competitive performance with traditional mapping systems while producing a 6‑12× more compact representation, and the model can run online on an edge device such as a quadruped robot.
