arXiv:2608. 00063v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Europe is warming faster than the global mean, yet the spatial organisation of this acceleration remains incompletely understood.
arXiv:2608. 09966v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: European summer warming reflects interactions among background change, persistent ocean--land--circulation states, and same-season variability.
Time-series foundation models are evaluated almost exclusively on public archives that predate them, so a strong score cannot be separated from having seen the test set during pretraining. The obvious...
BridgeMem is a new method for temporal knowledge graph forecasting that focuses on pair‑specific transition evidence, adding a residual correction to the log scores of a frozen full‑vocabulary forecaster. It retrieves and encodes prior events between a query actor and candidate, converting them into a likelihood‑ratio correction via a support‑adaptive empirical‑Bayes reader. Across five benchmarks, BridgeMem outperforms nine baselines from 2021–2026, improving filtered MRR and Hits@{1,3,10} metrics by up to 0.0216.
arXiv:2607. 13101v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Global Station Weather Forecasting (GSWF) is pivotal for localized and extreme weather prediction over key regions.
arXiv:2608. 16795v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Systems that generate scientific research questions are evaluated today by expert scores, LLM-as-judge ratings, or curated case studies -- all subjective, none falsifiable.
