WorldFlow is a generative world model that jointly predicts future video frames and query-based 3D trajectories using a unified Mixture-of-Transformers backbone. It represents 3D motion as continuous displacement tokens aligned with the video grid and optimizes a rectified-flow objective to couple explicit geometric dynamics with visual evolution. Trained on 1.44 million heterogeneous samples and evaluated on WorldFlowBench, it achieves the lowest average and final displacement errors among learning-based methods, notably outperforming baselines on spatial reasoning tasks.

The paper introduces the Dual-Latent World Model (Dual-WM), which separates local execution and long-range planning into distinct latent spaces and dynamics models. A new learning method, Long-Horizon Representation Learning with Weighted Rollout (LoRe), supervises predictions at both levels using exponential horizon weights. Experiments on five goal-conditioned visual control tasks show that Dual-WM improves success rates over strong baselines, especially at longer horizons.

The paper introduces MESSENGER, a memory‑enhanced sequential scene flow estimation framework that uses a memory buffer to store past flow estimates and latent states. By retrieving and correlating these stored flows for each new frame, the method performs next‑frame forecasting and incorporates an uncertainty‑aware reweighting module to reduce error accumulation. Experiments on nuScenes and Argoverse 2 show significant improvements, reducing EPE3D by 71.6% and 67.7% respectively in long‑horizon predictions.
