The paper introduces TetherMem, a training‑free, query‑aware memory router designed for streaming autoregressive video models that generate long videos in chunks. By separating subject and scene queries and modulating historical access with region‑ and age‑conditioned priors, TetherMem prevents the model from anchoring the scene to stale backgrounds and viewpoints, a problem termed memory‑anchored scene under‑progression. In blinded pairwise evaluations, TetherMem outperforms eight baseline methods in overall quality and scene progression, and on full 30‑second videos it maintains background, viewpoint, and scene changes while preserving subject identity and temporal continuity.

MoCAR (Motion-code Coordinate-aware AutoRegression) is a decoder‑only framework that treats continuous trajectory forecasting as next‑code prediction in a coordinate‑aware latent space. It learns a continuous motion‑code space from endpoint‑normalized trajectory segments, using historical codes as a teacher‑forced prefix and generating future codes autoregressively while updating local scene context. The method achieves top‑tier performance on Argoverse benchmarks, transfers well from AV2 to AV1 in zero‑shot evaluation, and improves on turn‑heavy scenarios without requiring trajectory‑space re‑tokenization or proposal‑and‑refinement pipelines.
LayerRecall is a memory router for autoregressive video diffusion that selectively retrieves and injects historical key/value states into specific layers of the model, based on the current context. It addresses the problem that existing memory mechanisms expose nonlocal history but do not guarantee effective use, by recognizing that different layers prefer current, recent, or distant context. The method, combined with Cross‑Horizon Prediction Matching, achieves state‑of‑the‑art long‑range consistency on MemoBench and MovieBench while maintaining local continuity and incurring negligible inference overhead.

Drive‑HWM introduces a hierarchical slow‑fast world modeling framework for autonomous driving. The slow model predicts multi‑step future representations, while the fast model jointly predicts the next frame and immediate action using a lightweight multimodal backbone and an autoregressive expert. Dynamic‑Aware Latents, learned through optical‑flow prediction, explicitly capture motion dynamics, and experiments on NAVSIM v1 and v2 show strong driving performance with validated ablation studies.

arXiv:2608. 19556v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Streaming autoregressive diffusion models enable real-time, long-horizon video generation, but their training objectives optimize local frame prediction rather than the geometry and dynamics of a coherent world: long rollouts accumulate geometric drift and degrade into static or unnatural motion.
