MED-DSLC: Multi-Expert-Domain Classification via Domain Supervision and Logit Calibration

Vision-language models (VLMs) such as CLIP enable zero-shot classification by comparing image features with text prompts in a shared embedding space. A fundamental property underlying this capability is the global comparability of logits across arbitrary candidate classes.

SeCo-SBIR: Semantically Consistent Prompt Learning for Zero-Shot Sketch-Based Image Retrieval

Adapting CLIP for zero-shot sketch-based image retrieval (ZS-SBIR) via prompt learning faces a fundamental tension: the model must bridge the sketch-photo domain gap through task-specific adaptation, yet the added flexibility risks overfitting to seen training categories and eroding CLIP's zero-shot generalization. We present SeCo-SBIR, a semantically consistent prompt learning framework that resolves this tension from both sides.

Training-free Cross-domain Few-shot Segmentation via Robust Semantic Representation and Matching

Cross-domain Few-shot Segmentation (CD-FSS) aims to transfer knowledge learned from source domain to distinct target domains, segmenting unseen target classes with only a few annotated samples. Although existing methods have made significant progress, they still rely on training or fine-tuning processes, which incur high computational costs and risk overfitting.

Comprehensive language-image pre-training for 3D medical image understanding

arXiv:2510. 15042v3 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: In the 3D medical image domain, vision-language pre-training is used to create vision-language encoders (VLEs) that can support radiologists by retrieving patients with similar abnormalities, predicting likelihoods of abnormality, or, with downstream adaptation, generating radiological reports.

CARPRT: Class-Aware Zero-Shot Prompt Reweighting for Black-Box Vision-Language Models

arXiv:2607. 14125v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Pre-trained vision-language models (VLMs) enable zero-shot image classification by computing the similarity score between an image and textual descriptions, typically formed by inserting a class label (e.

Beyond Scalar Distances: Semantic Attribute Gradients from Frozen MLLMs for Visual Embeddings

arXiv:2606. 15134v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Vision encoders for retrieval are typically trained with class-label supervision: each training pair reduces to a scalar that uniformly pushes the embedding apart or pulls it together, as if every visual attribute either differed or matched.
