GUIFlow: Temporal Redundancy-Aware Incremental Inference for GUI Agents

GUIFlow is a framework that enables temporal redundancy‑aware incremental inference for GUI agents built on vision‑language models. By selectively updating computational states—such as position‑aligned KV states, vision encoder outputs, and language model drafts—across interaction steps, it allows cross‑step reuse of visual encoding, prefill, and decoding without extra training or model changes. Experiments show up to 3.39× speedup on offline benchmarks and 3.49× in online OSWorld interactions while preserving task performance.

GUI-KV: Efficient GUI Agents via KV Cache with Spatio-Temporal Awareness

GUI-KV is a plug‑and‑play key‑value cache compression method designed for graphical user interface agents that use vision‑language models. It exploits spatial saliency and temporal redundancy to prune cache entries, achieving near‑full‑cache accuracy while using modest memory budgets. Experiments on standard GUI agent benchmarks show significant reductions in decoding FLOPs and improvements in step accuracy compared to existing compression baselines.

Imagine the Future, Internalize the Gist: Efficient VLA Reasoning via Internalized Spatiotemporal Imagination

The paper introduces IG‑VLA, a vision‑language‑action framework that learns to imagine task‑relevant future scene evolution in a latent spatiotemporal space, guiding action prediction without generating full pixel‑level videos. It further compresses this future reasoning into a compact Scene Gist Token via Scene Gist Memory, enabling efficient inference. Experiments on LIBERO, LIBERO‑Plus, and VLABench show that IG‑VLA improves success rates by nearly 6% and speeds up inference up to 6.38× compared to strong baselines.

ECHOES: Seeing Beyond the Current Image via Recursive History Compression and Privileged On-Policy Distillation

ECHOES is a method for long‑horizon GUI agents that compresses visual history into a textual state using a Compression‑Think‑Action format. It employs a privileged teacher model that provides token‑level on‑policy distillation to guide the student’s textual rollouts, while a Perception‑Memory Fidelity Gap‑guided framework balances distillation with task reward optimization. The approach is evaluated on four GUI benchmarks and a new ECHOESBMK diagnostic benchmark, showing improved task performance, memory fidelity, and a favorable trade‑off between performance and inference cost, with positive zero‑shot transfer to unseen planning tasks.

GUI-CC: Benchmarking Contextual Consistency of GUI World Models as Agent Environments

GUI-CC is a benchmark designed to assess the contextual consistency of GUI world models when used as agent environments, rather than just one‑step next‑screen predictors. It includes two tracks: an offline reference‑action track that rolls models along real mobile GUI trajectories, and an online agent‑loop track where fixed probing agents interact with model‑generated UIs. The benchmark evaluates transition fidelity, plausibility, contextual consistency, and task progress across 500 offline trajectory tasks and 200 online tasks spanning 30 mobile apps.
