SkillNet is an open infrastructure that enables the creation, evaluation, and organization of AI skills at scale. It structures skills within a unified ontology, supports multi‑dimensional evaluation (Safety, Completeness, Executability, Maintainability, Cost‑awareness), and integrates a repository of over 600,000 skills, an interactive platform, and a Python toolkit. Experiments on ALFWorld, WebShop, and ScienceWorld demonstrate a 40% increase in average rewards and a 30% reduction in execution steps across multiple backbone models.

SEEK (Skill‑Routed Evaluation with Evolvable Knowledge) is a framework that externalizes search evaluation criteria into a skill bank, dynamically routes relevant skills for each query‑result pair, and uses a task‑adapted listwise evaluator to generate page‑level judgments and failure‑mode attribution. It employs a two‑stage training pipeline to align evaluation with human preferences and a replay‑gated skill bank to incorporate new evaluation knowledge without retraining the model. Experiments on industrial short‑video search demonstrate that SEEK improves listwise quality evaluation accuracy and significantly advances attribution diagnosis, leading to its deployment at Kuaishou with over 400 million daily active users.

The paper examines how skill representations influence selection in a multimodal video agent harness called Tinycloud. It compares two types of skill representations—tool-skills and workflow-skills—and two prompt surfaces—full inlined bodies and one-line listings—across three exposure regimes. The study finds that full autoload exposure consistently selects the correct skill, while partial exposure can cause lexical competition that misroutes tasks, highlighting that in-prompt exposure is not always beneficial.

arXiv:2606. 17819v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Agent skills -- structured, reusable knowledge artifacts that augment LLM agent capabilities -- have been rapidly adopted in industry, yet their cross-domain impact and use across commercial and open-source models remain under-studied, and no reusable methodology exists for evaluating an individual skill.

KwaiMind is a commercial image editing system that combines general editing capabilities with e-commerce specialization. It uses an agent-based data engine with 1.8 million editing pairs and a multimodal diffusion transformer trained through pre‑training, fine‑tuning, preference optimization, and online reinforcement learning. The system is guided by a vision‑language judge and specialized rewards for click‑through rate, text rendering, and product consistency, and it achieves top scores on ImgEdit, GEdit, REDEdit, and the new Ecom‑Bench, while improving predicted and actual CTR in offline and online experiments.
