arXiv:2606. 10249v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: We examine whether graph neural network (GNN) design rules generalize across benchmark families by studying aggregator selection (sum, mean, max) on 24 node-classification datasets spanning citation, heterophilic, LINKX Facebook-100, co-purchase, and co-authorship graphs.

HyGRAIL is a framework for discovering scientific hypotheses in incomplete knowledge graphs by combining a graph neural network (GNN) triage with large language model (LLM) review. The GNN scores candidate hypotheses and routes only ambiguous cases to the LLM, which receives structured evidence from the graph converted into natural language. Experiments on MatKG show HyGRAIL achieves the highest F1 score, improves over baselines, and cuts LLM calls by over 54%.

arXiv:2606. 11562v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Graph analysis underlies many applications whose answers cannot be looked up in a single record or retrieved along a path: laundering rings, drug repurposing, user preference, and scientific theme are all inferred from a node together with its neighbourhood.

arXiv:2606. 08306v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Network dynamics - including spreading, influence maximisation, and epidemic modelling - remain largely confined to the transductive paradigm, where models are trained on a single network and cannot be reused on unseen graphs without retraining.

arXiv:2608. 03696v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: This work focuses on the problem of learning on temporal graphs, with particular emphasis on the task of clustering: obtaining coarse-grained representations by aggregating information from nodes, edges, and temporal dynamics - a task related to pooling in machine learning on graphs, or community detection in network science.
