Flicker-banding (FB), arises from temporal aliasing between a camera's rolling shutter and a display's brightness modulation, degrading screen-captured image readability with color shifts and jagged patterns. Existing single-frame methods with simplified parametric stripe models cannot reliably distinguish these artifacts from genuine texture.

ForcingBooster is a framework that adaptively allocates denoising steps to individual video patches in autoregressive diffusion models, allowing easy patches to stop early while difficult patches receive more refinement. This dynamic scheduling reduces the total number of denoising steps by about 50% and improves generation efficiency with negligible quality loss. The method requires only a lightweight routing module and works with most existing few‑step autoregressive diffusion models.

ZoomDiff is a high‑fidelity diffusion model designed to improve dual‑camera smooth zooming by producing photo‑realistic transitions. It strengthens dual‑image conditional guidance during denoising, injects flow‑aligned multi‑scale features from the VAE encoder into the decoder to recover high‑frequency details, and uses flow‑guided temporal consistency supervision to ensure smoother transitions. Experiments on synthetic and real‑world datasets show that ZoomDiff outperforms state‑of‑the‑art methods both quantitatively and qualitatively.

WildShadowRemover is a framework that adapts a pretrained video diffusion model for robust in-the-wild video shadow removal using LoRA fine-tuning. It augments the frozen VAE decoder with a detail injection module and introduces a shadow‑mask‑guided frequency‑decomposed modulation module to restore high‑frequency textures while suppressing shadow artifacts, with monocular depth priors providing geometry‑aware guidance. The authors also create WildShadow, a large‑scale paired video shadow removal dataset, and show that their method outperforms existing approaches in shadow removal quality, temporal consistency, and generalization across challenging real‑world scenarios.
