Prior-SG: Task and Prior Driven Region Segmentation for Scene Graphs in Arbitrarily-Structured Environments

Hierarchical 3D scene graphs are a promising representation for high-level spatial reasoning in autonomous mobile platforms. However, existing extraction frameworks typically rely on purely local visual clustering or strict geometric heuristics, such as wall-separated rooms, which fail in open-plan or arbitrarily-structured environments.

MonoVoc: Decoupling Geometry and Semantics for Lightweight Monocular Open-Vocabulary 3D Gaussians

Open vocabulary 3D scene understanding is essential for next-generation interactive systems, empowering users to intuitively query and navigate reconstructed environments using natural language. However, current 3D Gaussian frameworks are often bottlenecked by restrictive multiview capture requirements, costly scene-specific optimization, and the massive memory overhead of storing dense language features.

Spatiotemporal Knowledge Graphs as Persistent Scene Memory for Embodied Question Answering

arXiv:2510. 01483v3 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Vision-language models (VLMs) demonstrate strong image-level scene understanding, but reasoning over long egocentric video remains costly: because VLMs maintain no persistent memory or explicit spatial representation, all sampled frames must be re-processed for every new query.

DGSG-Mind: Dynamic 3D Gaussian Scene Graphs for Long-Term Scene Understanding and Grounding

DGSG-Mind introduces a hybrid instance-aware 3D Gaussian dynamic scene graph system that integrates open‑vocabulary semantic information into dynamic 3D scene representations. By coupling a probabilistic voxel grid with explicit 3D Gaussians, it achieves robust cross‑modal instance fusion, incremental semantic mapping, and dynamic change handling through Gaussian‑based relocalization and masked refinement. The system builds a hierarchical scene graph and a 3D Gaussian Mind for multimodal reasoning, achieving state‑of‑the‑art zero‑shot 3D visual grounding and strong performance in open‑vocabulary semantic segmentation and scene reconstruction, and is demonstrated on real‑world robots.

MV-STRIDE: Enabling MLLMs to Master Multi-View Spatial Reasoning via Hierarchical Capability Modeling

MV-STRIDE is a Multi‑View hierarchical Spatial Reasoning dataset that models dependencies among perception, scene understanding, and contextual reasoning to support 3D spatial cognition. It introduces a QA generation pipeline that enforces cross‑view constraints, producing multi‑level reasoning tasks with chain‑of‑thought supervision. Experiments show that training on MV‑STRIDE yields state‑of‑the‑art performance on multi‑view spatial benchmarks, enabling MLLMs to reason robustly across diverse viewpoints.

NeuroSymbEAD: A Large Scale Neuro-Symbolic Caption Dataset for Omni-Directional Embodied Autonomous Driving

NeuroSymbEAD is a large‑scale neuro‑symbolic caption dataset that builds an ego‑centric knowledge graph of static and dynamic objects on the KITTI‑360 dataset, annotating classes, categories, heading directions, orientations, and distances from the ego‑vehicle. The dataset generates multilevel textual captions that serve as a lightweight representation of an ego‑centric scene map, enabling outdoor scene‑map reconstruction, visual recognition, and object grounding. Baselines for driving common sense and traffic/scene understanding are established, and the dataset is benchmarked using pre‑trained grounding and learned auto‑regressive captioning networks to support vision‑language and foundation models for traffic‑scene explanation, 3D reasoning, and interpretable autonomous‑driving perception.

PoseVLA: Universal Pose Pretraining for Generalizable Vision-Language-Action Policies

arXiv:2602. 19710v3 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Existing Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models often suffer from feature collapse and low training efficiency because they entangle high-level perception with sparse, embodiment-specific action supervision.
