Trace2World is a framework that decouples global behavior reconstruction from implementation to create executable GUI environments from real interaction traces. It reconciles traces into a shared, source‑linked app model, compiles an executable environment, and uses independent replay of source workflows to localize mismatches for bounded implementation repair. In experiments, Trace2World built 50 environments from 1,570 traces and reproduced 91.1% of 200 workflows across ten apps, outperforming a task‑local baseline and improving benchmark success and external GUI benchmark scores.

MAI-Gym is an open, all-in-one platform that unifies GUI agent evaluation, data collection, and online reinforcement learning training across mobile, computer, and web environments. It supports ten established benchmarks, scales to 20,000 parallel environment instances, and enables automated synthesis of diverse GUI applications and tasks with execution-validated verifiers. Using this platform, the authors trained a 9B-parameter agent, MAI-Gym-9B, achieving state‑of‑the‑art performance on MobileWorld and OSWorld-Verified, and demonstrated that training on a mocked train‑ticketing app improves real‑world task success from 28.8% to 48.1% on a physical phone.

GUI-CC is a benchmark designed to assess the contextual consistency of GUI world models when used as agent environments, rather than just one‑step next‑screen predictors. It includes two tracks: an offline reference‑action track that rolls models along real mobile GUI trajectories, and an online agent‑loop track where fixed probing agents interact with model‑generated UIs. The benchmark evaluates transition fidelity, plausibility, contextual consistency, and task progress across 500 offline trajectory tasks and 200 online tasks spanning 30 mobile apps.
