Exploration-Driven Personalized Federated Reinforcement Learning via Intrinsic Motivation

Personalized Federated Reinforcement Learning (PFRL) takes a decentralized approach to storing and accessing information based on past experiences while keeping each client's data private during the learning of each client's policy.
