arXiv:2608. 14228v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Life science knowledge graphs make large collections of structured data available through SPARQL, but each resource uses its own schema, identifiers, and links.

arXiv:2607. 28662v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Large language models extract entities and relationships from unstructured documents fluently but inconsistently: type vocabularies fracture across documents, the same person surfaces under several name variants, relationships duplicate, and distinct individuals who share a name risk silent conflation.

arXiv:2608. 07994v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is essential for enterprise knowledge question answering (QA), particularly in domains with complex product documentation like telecommunications.

Agent Zero Memory is a provenance‑aware long‑term memory system for large language model agents that distills user interactions into three parallel memory structures: an episodic timeline, an associative entity‑event knowledge graph, and a semantic, citation‑locked hierarchical documentary memory. Retrieval is performed via an intent gate, source router, and concurrent searches across the three systems, producing integrated, cited answers that exclude fabrication and require evidence the reader has opened. The system achieves state‑of‑the‑art performance on LongMemEval (95.60%) and LoCoMo (93.60%) while offering a favorable accuracy‑cost‑latency trade‑off across multiple backbone LLMs.

arXiv:2608. 15193v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: As large language model (LLM) agents are increasingly adopted in scientific research, external knowledge bases, knowledge graphs, and long-term memory have improved information retrieval and task continuity.

arXiv:2605. 18770v2 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Public commercial registries are formally open, yet their practical analysis remains difficult because relevant facts are scattered across millions of records that combine structured metadata, multilingual legal notices, temporal events, and entity aliases.

ClinAgent is a conversational system that uses a ReAct-based LLM agent to retrieve and synthesize clinical trial information from multiple sources such as ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, and a local dataset. The agent iteratively reasons over user queries, selects appropriate tools, and refines its actions to provide grounded, up-to-date responses in natural language across multi-turn interactions. Evaluation across three phases shows that DeepSeek (thinking mode) excels in planning quality while Gemini 3.0 Flash delivers the highest overall performance and expert ratings, demonstrating the promise of agentic AI for improving clinical trial data access.
