arXiv:2607. 01764v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Repository-level vulnerability reproduction is a demanding software engineering (SE) task: an agent must inspect a codebase, infer the input grammar that reaches a vulnerable path, construct a proof-of-conceptv(PoC), and verify that the crash disappears on the patched build.

arXiv:2608. 14109v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Autonomous LLM agents are increasingly deployed in complex real-world workflows, yet they remain vulnerable to runtime behavioral drift, a silent deviation from the original task that can lead to irreversible side effects on external systems.

ARIA is a framework that learns to repair ongoing multi‑agent system executions by turning verified repairs into training data. It builds a large dataset of 3,953 repair pairs from over 24,000 trajectories across multiple frameworks and benchmarks, then trains a compact model to detect when and how to intervene during runtime. The resulting model shows strong repair performance, generalizing to unseen frameworks and host models.

HarnessEvolve is a self‑evolving framework that improves agent harnesses—prompts, skills, tools, and execution logic—by learning from reference trajectories. It separates execution, evaluation, optimization, and gating into independent modules, addressing credit assignment failure, shortcut learning, and catastrophic forgetting. The approach uses reference trajectories to extract error signals, applies quality and performance gates to candidate updates, and validates updates on held‑out data, consistently outperforming state‑of‑the‑art baselines across diverse benchmarks.
