Precomputing the Future-Offset Average in TriAttention

arXiv:2607. 13051v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: TriAttention is a recent method for shrinking the KV cache of long-reasoning LLMs: it scores each cached key by how much attention it is likely to receive and evicts the lowest-scoring ones.

ATFlash: Per-RoPE-Wavelength Attention Windows for Compute/Memory-Efficient LLM Inference

The attention score with rotary position embeddings (RoPE) decomposes exactly into a sum over its 2D-rotation frequency pairs, and each pair's wavelength limits how far it can discriminate position. Aligned with this structure, we propose the per-RoPE-wavelength distance window: it prunes the query--key inner-product terms beyond a wavelength-proportional distance.

Fewer Tokens, Smaller Cache: Reward-Coordinated Efficient Reasoning

Large Reasoning Models (LRMs) excel on complex tasks through long chain-of-thought (CoT) reasoning, but their lengthy intermediate steps cause severe overthinking that inflates inference cost. KV-cache compression is a common solution, yet existing reasoning-oriented methods apply a uniform policy across the trajectory and judge compression only by what it removes from the cache.
