Learning concepts with energy functions

We’ve developed an energy-based model that can quickly learn to identify and generate instances of concepts, such as near, above, between, closest, and furthest, expressed as sets of 2d points. Our model learns these concepts after only five demonstrations.

Neural non-canonical Hamiltonian dynamics for long-time simulations

arXiv:2510. 01788v2 Announce Type: replace Abstract: This work focuses on learning non-canonical Hamiltonian dynamics from data, where long-term predictions require the preservation of structure both in the learned model and in numerical schemes.

EvoPINN: Agentic Discovery of Executable Algorithms for Physics-Informed Neural Networks

arXiv:2607. 26490v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Physics-informed neural networks (PINNs) have emerged as a powerful paradigm for solving partial differential equations (PDEs), yet their performance heavily relies on the manual, trial-and-error engineering of neural representations, loss formulations, and optimization dynamics.
