EgoMemReason is a new benchmark for week‑long egocentric video understanding that focuses on memory‑driven reasoning rather than simple perception tasks. It tests three memory types—entity, event, and behavior—across 500 questions, each requiring evidence from an average of 5.1 video segments and 25.9 hours of backtracking. Evaluation of 17 models shows that even the best achieves only 39.6% accuracy, highlighting the difficulty of long‑horizon memory in multimodal systems.

EviRover is a perception agent that goes beyond a single glance by actively gathering information to resolve perceptual queries. The authors created two data generation pipelines, producing EviRover-SFT-5K and EviRover-RL-12K, and a human‑verified benchmark called EviLens with 688 instances across five perception categories. Trained with supervised fine‑tuning and agentic reinforcement learning, the 4B EviRover outperforms its backbone by an average of 30 points on EviLens and shows strong transfer to other benchmarks such as WebEyes and BrowseComp‑VL.

The paper introduces EvolvingNav, a system that builds a time‑indexed belief about moving targets in dynamic environments by combining timestamped 3D object histories with a persistence‑relocation model. It uses an event‑driven filter to update beliefs over time, incorporates RGB‑D evidence, and applies a zero‑shot vision‑language controller for action selection. The authors also present EvoWorld‑Bench, a large benchmark of human‑activity‑based scenes, and demonstrate that EvolvingNav outperforms baselines in both simulation and real‑robot experiments, especially when temporal patterns are learnable.

WeAgent-MMSearch introduces a multimodal search agent that preserves retrieved images as persistent references, enabling the model to inspect, process, and cite them throughout a search trajectory. The system includes a harness (WeAgent-Harness), a post‑training method (FA‑GSPO) that recovers salvageable rollouts, and a new benchmark (VisTarget‑Bench) to evaluate image‑retrieval versus visual‑perception failures. Evaluation shows that agentic post‑training boosts performance by 19.22 points, allowing the model to outperform similarly sized open‑source models and compete with much larger ones.

arXiv:2606. 30296v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Multi-round reflection lets agents built on large language models recover from failures within a single task, but each task remains an isolated episode: lessons learned across many reflection rounds on one task are discarded before the next begins.

The paper introduces UniWM, a unified, memory‑augmented world model that merges egocentric visual foresight and planning into a single multimodal autoregressive backbone. By grounding action selection in visually imagined outcomes and using a hierarchical memory to fuse short‑term perception with long‑term trajectory context, UniWM aligns prediction with control and improves navigation stability. Experiments on four challenging benchmarks and the 1X Humanoid Dataset show up to 30% higher success rates, reduced trajectory errors, zero‑shot generalization to unseen datasets, and scalability to high‑dimensional humanoid navigation.

arXiv:2606. 27499v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Research on agent memory has matured rapidly, but almost entirely on the text side: few existing benchmarks ask, in an interactive environment, when an agent genuinely needs to remember what it saw rather than what it could write down.
