Coupled Guidance for Flow Matching

The paper introduces Coupled Guidance, a flow‑matching‑specific guidance mechanism that addresses instability issues arising from directly adapting diffusion guidance methods. By leveraging the coupling structure inherent to flow‑matching training, the authors provide a theoretical analysis showing that naive diffusion guidance breaks the training distribution and weakens control. Extensive experiments on robotic collision avoidance, dexterous manipulation, and image generation tasks demonstrate that Coupled Guidance improves sample quality and guidance stability without extra computational overhead.

AegisFlow: Training-Free Non-Myopic Path-Safe Guided Flow Matching

AegisFlow is a training‑free framework that guides generative models, such as diffusion and flow matching, along safe paths by formulating the problem as a global optimal control task. It incorporates a time‑varying barrier function into the cost functional, enabling non‑myopic enforcement of constraints throughout the entire generative trajectory. Experiments show that AegisFlow outperforms existing methods in text‑guided image manipulation and robotic planning, achieving a better balance between target alignment and constraint satisfaction.

ManiCM: Real-time 3D Diffusion Policy via Consistency Model for Robotic Manipulation

ManiCM is a real‑time 3D diffusion policy for robotic manipulation that uses a consistency constraint to enable one‑step inference. The model conditions on point‑cloud input and directly predicts robot actions through a consistency distillation technique, avoiding the need to predict noise. Evaluated on 31 tasks from Adroit and Metaworld, ManiCM achieves an average ten‑fold speedup over state‑of‑the‑art methods while maintaining competitive success rates.

UniConFlow: A Unified Constrained Flow-Matching Framework for Certified Motion Planning

UniConFlow is a unified constrained flow‑matching framework that generates robot trajectories while systematically handling both equality and inequality constraints such as collision avoidance, actuation limits, and dynamic consistency. It introduces a prescribed‑time zeroing function to shape a time‑varying guidance field during inference, and employs a violation‑segment extraction protocol and trajectory compression to address computational challenges in long‑horizon, high‑dimensional planning. Experiments on a double inverted pendulum, a real‑to‑sim car racing task, and a sim‑to‑real manipulation task show that UniConFlow outperforms state‑of‑the‑art generative planners and conventional optimization baselines on certified motion planning metrics like safety, kinodynamic consistency, and action feasibility.

ObstaDiff: Generalizable Diffusion Policy Learning via Obstacle-aware Representations

ObstaDiff is a diffusion-policy framework that introduces a lightweight obstacle-aware visual encoder to generate structured representations of targets, obstacles, and background. By aligning these representations, the policy produces end-effector trajectories that focus on a target-centered bottleneck pose while accounting for surrounding obstacles. In real-robot greenhouse trials, ObstaDiff achieved a 75.41% task success rate and an 8.20% obstacle collision rate, outperforming existing imitation-learning baselines in cluttered agricultural settings.

Learning Adaptive Safety Margins for Visual Navigation

arXiv:2607. 18200v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Robots in cluttered indoor spaces often fail not because they cannot generate collision-free paths, but because a fixed safety margin is mis-calibrated: conservative margins cause detours and timeouts, while permissive margins lead to near-boundary shortcuts under perception bias.
