We formulate computer vision as unified multimodal generation, where heterogeneous visual tasks are expressed in the native text and image generation spaces of a unified multimodal model, without task-specific architectures. Under this formulation, SenseNova-Vision uses natural-language instructions and optional visual prompts to specify tasks, target regions or views, and decoding conventions, and generates responses as text for symbolic outputs, images for dense spatial predictions, or mixed text-and-image outputs for compositional tasks.
JEPA-WAM enhances World Action Models (WAMs) by pairing text instructions with stochastically generated visual cues, using a text-to-image generator and a frozen V‑JEPA encoder to create dense goal representations. These representations are compressed into goal tokens that condition both video and action experts via cross‑attention, enabling the model to better ground instructions. On a new real‑robot benchmark, JEPA‑WAM attains 87.3%, 74.5%, and 80.9% success rates across in‑distribution, out‑of‑distribution scenes, and out‑of‑distribution instructions, outperforming prior methods by significant margins.

InternW0-Δ is a unified World Action Model that integrates pretrained visual dynamics, scene semantics, 4D geometry, and motion priors within a Mixture-of-Transformers framework to generate robot actions. It leverages a frozen VLM for semantic guidance, a 4D foundation model for geometric priors, and introduces Causal Imprint to learn future-relevant scene changes without future-video rollout. The model is pretrained on a newly curated 20K‑hour heterogeneous corpus of robot and human demonstrations, achieving superior performance on simulation benchmarks and real‑robot platforms.

The paper introduces ProAction, a multimodal dataset of 10,000 samples comprising visual, audio, and text inputs across 12 daily-life scenarios, designed to support the Proactive Robot Action Reasoning (ProRobo) problem. It presents a two-stage human-in-the-loop annotation pipeline that incorporates appraisal and Theory-of-Mind considerations to generate cognitively grounded high-level action labels. The authors benchmark multimodal large language models and propose MMC2Act, showing that training on ProAction significantly improves proactive action reasoning compared to general-purpose models.

AtomEgo investigates how to integrate large-scale egocentric human interaction data into embodied foundation model pre‑training. The study uses a curated 2,659‑hour corpus and a scalable data pipeline to evaluate three co‑training paradigms across vision‑language‑action and world‑action architectures. Results show that the benefit of egocentric data depends on both its scale and the quality of alignment with robotic embodiment, offering practical guidance for scalable ego‑robot pre‑training.

Dynin‑Robotics introduces an omnimodal masked‑diffusion backbone, Dynin‑Omni, that jointly represents language, visual observations, goals, and actions as discrete tokens. By conditioning on different spans, the same model learns action prediction, next‑observation prediction, goal‑state prediction, and trajectory‑to‑instruction reconstruction, enabling test‑time scaling through goal prediction and action‑candidate evaluation. The system, pretrained on 1.33 million trajectories from 48 Open X‑Embodiment datasets, achieves competitive performance on LIBERO, zero‑shot LIBERO‑Plus, and a 78.4 % success rate on a Franka Research 3 robot, while a block‑parallel implementation speeds up action decoding by up to 29.2×.
