Beyond LLM Wrappers: Context Engineering and the Three-Engine Architecture for Reliable Financial AI

Read the original on Hugging Face Trending Papers →

The paper proposes a three‑engine architecture for reliable financial AI, combining a financial knowledge graph, a deterministic optimization engine, and a multi‑agent LLM layer. A coordination layer called context engineering selects and validates context from ERP systems, tools, and tenants to ensure numerical accuracy, traceability, and auditability. Observations from 15 deployments show that graph‑backed multi‑agent validation can reduce hallucination rates from 7‑9% to below 1%, while reusable mappings and validation policies cut deployment time from six to two weeks.

Beyond LLM Wrappers: Context Engineering and the Three-Engine Architecture for Reliable Financial AI

The paper proposes a three‑engine architecture for reliable financial AI, combining a financial knowledge graph, a deterministic optimization engine, and a multi‑agent LLM layer. A coordination layer called context engineering selects and validates query‑specific context from ERP systems and other tools. Observations from 15 deployments show that multi‑agent validation reduces hallucination rates to below 1%, while reusable mappings and templates cut deployment time from six to two weeks.

AgenticFinBench: Benchmarking Financial Agents on Diverse Tasks from Real-World Requests

AgenticFinBench is a new benchmark comprising 230 real‑world financial tasks across eight categories, two languages, and four complexity levels, designed to capture the breadth and open‑ended nature of financial AI work. It introduces a reference‑free evaluation framework that uses question‑specific rubrics and a two‑stage claim audit to detect hallucinations, aligning assessment more closely with real‑world financial practice. Experiments on 18 agent configurations show that ignoring hallucinations inflates performance, that harness differences drive evidence grounding more than model differences, and that task complexity reduces quality scores, highlighting challenges in explaining financial impacts and comparing data consistently.

DSA: Evidence-Aware LLM-Agent Orchestration for Multi-Market Stock Research

The paper introduces DSA, an evidence‑aware orchestration framework that uses large language model agents to conduct multi‑market stock research. DSA structures the workflow into stages of evidence acquisition, context construction, model‑routed analysis, optional role and Strategy Skill reasoning, and report generation, offering both a default and an agentic profile with distinct output validation and risk safeguards. The reference implementation supports six regional markets, fifteen Strategy Skills, and multiple execution surfaces, and has passed 1,457 portable offline backend contract tests, confirming implementation conformance.

A Multi-Agent Platform for Automated Enterprise Analytics and Insight Generation

The paper introduces a multi‑agent platform built on CrewAI for conversational business intelligence. Five specialized agents process natural language queries, retrieve and analyze data, generate visualizations via the Model Context Protocol, and deliver actionable insights. The system includes a defense‑in‑depth security architecture, a query parameterization mechanism, and achieves 95.3% functional accuracy with a 24‑second mean latency, outperforming a single‑agent baseline by 22.6 percentage points in accuracy and 20.2% in quality.
