The paper introduces DPara, a parallel speculative decoding framework that builds on DSpark-style parallel drafters. DPara eliminates the need for probabilistic guesses by precomputing draft representations for every acceptance boundary and using a lightweight autoregressive head to combine verification outcomes with these representations, enabling full parallelization of the backbone forward pass. Experiments on Qwen3-8B and Qwen3-14B across multiple benchmarks demonstrate average speedups of 3.21× and 3.52× over autoregressive decoding, outperforming existing serial and parallel speculative decoding methods.

Large Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) language models are attractive for end-device deployment because only a small subset of experts is active per token, but their routed expert weights often exceed accelerator memory. We target latency-critical single-user settings where routed experts are staged on demand from CPU memory to a GPU or from Flash to a mobile NPU.

Flash-dLLM is a training‑free inference acceleration framework that improves the speed and memory efficiency of Diffusion Large Language Models (dLLMs). It tackles GPU memory I/O bottlenecks by introducing an I/O‑aware fused KV‑cache kernel and then employs a draft‑and‑verify decoding strategy that uses the dLLM itself as both drafter and verifier. Experiments on mathematical reasoning and code‑generation tasks show Flash‑dLLM outperforms existing acceleration methods, achieving up to 11.0× speedups over the Elastic‑Cache baseline.

DRelay introduces a global draft context mechanism to improve prefix-aware parallel speculative decoding for large language models. By using a global reader to extract predictive information across the entire draft block and a causal selector to repair early token selection errors, DRelay extends the accepted prefix length and enhances decoding performance. Experiments on eight benchmarks show consistent gains over existing methods such as DFlash, Domino, and DSpark, with notable speedup improvements in SGLang serving.
