The paper presents a hierarchical deep‑learning framework that integrates compositional, structural, and transport models to screen solid‑state electrolytes. Four modules—L‑G‑DCNN, DenseGNN, MatterSim, and DeePMD—coordinate to evaluate thermodynamics, multi‑property performance, and kinetic transport, outperforming existing methods. Applied to over 30 million candidates, the workflow identifies 97 high‑performance materials, mainly halides, and links Li⁺ jump‑network connectivity to ionic conductivity while highlighting limits for oxide electrolytes.

arXiv:2607. 02212v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Aqueous solubility is a key property in early-stage drug discovery, but most predictive models merge physicochemical descriptors and molecular graph information into a single representation, obscuring whether a prediction is driven by global chemistry, molecular structure, or both.

A robust machine‑learning framework is presented for predicting the thermoelectric figure of merit (zT) in half‑Heusler compounds, focusing on unseen compositions. The method uses a PCA‑based train/test split, Bayesian hyperparameter tuning, and feature selection to improve Random Forest, XGBoost, and Neural Network models, while SISSO provides interpretability. Validation includes reproducing known optimal zT values, predicting new compounds (CeCoBi, CeIrBi), and high‑throughput screening of 2.46 million substitution combinations to identify promising candidates.

arXiv:2603. 16959v2 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Exemplified by the chemical vapor deposition growth of two-dimensional dendrites, which has potential applications in catalysis and presents a parameter-intensive, data-scarce and reaction process-complex model problem, we devise a machine intelligence-empowered framework for the full chain support of material synthesis, encompassing rapid process optimization, accurate customized synthesis, and comprehensive mechanism deciphering.

Machine learning interatomic potentials (MLPs) have revolutionized atomistic modeling, offering the potential to replace traditional methods like Density Functional Theory (DFT). However, inference time of MLPs is orders of magnitude slower than that of classical force fields, hindering real-world applications for biomolecular systems that require timescales of microseconds and beyond.
